LEARN THE FUNDAMENTALS FIRST

Start rehabbing your core as early as 1 day post-birth! Our 6 week rehabilitative program will teach you the fundamentals that will help you reconnect to your deep core muscles after pregnancy, aid in the healing process, and begin to regain strength, control, and proper function and is the pre-requisite to our Core Restore 6 week series.

ADVANCED CORE STRENGTH & SCULPT 4 WEEK PROGRAM

Continue to build off of your strength, continue to heal from Diastasis Recti & pelvic floor considerations, learn to manage symptoms of pelvic organ prolapse and move in a safer and more supportive way. (Pre-requisite to our advanced core program)

UP-LEVEL YOUR FITNESS WITH OUR ADVANCED CLASSES

Our fitness classes & workouts are created by pre/postnatal fitness experts and backed by evidence. Choose from a variety of class styles including barre, strength, cardio, HIIT, yoga, and more so, you'll never get bored! We have classes for all fitness levels from beginner - advanced so you can continue to progress as you gain strength & control.

BREASTFEEDING 101

Our Breastfeeding 101 course covers all of the basics of breastfeeding from different nursing positions, to getting a proper latch, establishing milk supply, and navigating common issues that can arise when starting your nursing relationship. In this section you'll also find tips for weaning and our breastfeeding milestones guide.

GUIDE TO INFANT SLEEP

Our in-house sleep expert has created a comprehensive guide to newborn & infant sleep that will help parents form a healthy sleep foundation for their babies. You will learn age appropriate awake times, soothing techniques, sleepy cues, how to deal with sleep regressions, and more.

INTRO TO BABY SIGN LANGUAGE

Using sign language is a great way to provide your child with a way to express themselves and communicate before they are able to talk. This can also help to reduce frustration and even increase parent-child bonding! Our Baby Sign Language 101 course will teach you 10 basic signs you can use with your baby.
