LUNA Mother's signature classes are specifically designed to cater to people of all fitness levels in various stages of life; whether pregnant, postpartum, perimenopausal (they all hav more in common than you'd think), are navigating diastasis recti and/or pelvic floor considerations (like prolapse, incontinence, or pain), or are a mom wanting to become stronger than ever. Led by seasoned pre/postnatal & women's fitness experts, our classes offer a supportive environment where you can build a strong community while focusing on your well-being. LUNA's classes are thoughtfully curated to address a multitude of needs by combining our innovative pelvic floor & core foundations with functional movement and exercises that will build full body strength, enhance cardiovascular fitness, and improve stability + mobility all while addressing the specific needs of each individual. You can expect to engage in a diverse range of modalities from strength training and mobility to barre, Pilates, cardio, and HIIT. We like to keep things interesting and fun! What sets LUNA apart from other fitness methods is the expertise behind them. Our classes are meticulously developed by pre/postnatal + women's fitness experts, supported by evidence, and recommended by OBGYNs, midwives, nurses, physical therapists, doulas, and chiropractors. Class passes are non-refundable and must be used within 6 months. Monthly autopay memberships require a 3 month commitment (may be paused for maternity leave or on case by case basis) and can be cancelled any time thereafter. Missed classes will not be refunded but can be made up on a different day. If you signed up for class and cannot make it, please cancel your booking as soon as possible so we can give your spot to the next person on the waitlist.
