It was founded in 2015 by four San Francisco midwives as a place to belong, cultivate community and galvanize acts of human self care. Our mission is to normalize, re-wild and initiate the blueprint of midwifery as touchstone to our collective power and connection.

Tracey is a a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in California with over 15 years of clinical experience providing individual, couple, and family therapy for clients of all ages. Tracey's professional focus is helping people find the right therapeutic tools so that they can move beyond destructive thinking and feeling patterns, have new insights and healing regarding past traumas, and face life's challenges with confidence. With empathy and compassionate care that is informed by sound scientific evidence, Tracey guides her clients towards living a life with more joy and meaning and to experience relationships that are healthy and enriching.
