RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Our main goal is for you to be happy with your purchase. If for some reason you are not, we will gladly accept returns and exchanges on merchandise within 10 daysfrom the date of delivery for a refund. Refunds will be credited back to the same credit card you used to make your purchase the same day we receive the return.
For return orders, shipping charges are notrefunded unless the original item shipped was damaged or the item shipped was incorrect. LUNA Mother Co does not cover the cost of return shipping. You are responsible for all return shipping costs.
Please note, we CAN NOT accept any returned merchandise that has been worn, altered, washed, or that smells of smoke or perfume. We have the right to deny any store credit returns/exchanges if it does not meet our policy requirements. This isn't because we are mean. This is because people try to return things with stains and after years of wearing them. We aren’t Nordstrom, people! Pro tip: send the package back to us via traceable carrier and insure the full amount of the merchandise you are sending back to us. We are not responsible for missing packages.
To initiate a return or exchange, please send an email to hello@lunamother.co noting your invoice number, and explaining which item(s) you'd like to return as well as the reason.
