Service Description

LUNA Strenth & Sculpt is our signature strength & resistance training class. No, you will not get bulky from lifting weights. In fact, quite the opposite! Lifting weights has endless benefits for women and should absolutely be a part of your fitness routine for life. LUNA Strong is a great place to start. We offer weights ranging from 5-15lbs in this class in the form of dumbbells and kettlebells. You will get a solid full body workout in the form of functional movements, learn proper form, breathing, and pelvic floor + core recruitment when lifting weights that can also be applied to how you move throughout the day. We highly suggest taking this class each week. LUNA Mother's signature classes are specifically designed to cater to people of all fitness levels in various stages of life; whether pregnant, postpartum, perimenopausal (they all have more in common than you'd think), are navigating diastasis recti and/or pelvic floor considerations (like prolapse, incontinence, or pain), or are someone wanting to become stronger than ever. Led by seasoned pre/postnatal & women's fitness experts, our classes offer a supportive environment where you can build a strong community while focusing on your well-being.

Cancellation Policy

Class passes are non-refundable and must be used within 6 months. Monthly autopay memberships require a 3 month commitment (may be paused for maternity leave or on case by case basis) and can be cancelled any time thereafter. Missed classes will not be refunded but can be made up on a different day. If you signed up for class and cannot make it, please cancel your booking as soon as possible so we can give your spot to the next person on the waitlist.
