LUNA Fit goes beyond the ordinary, seamlessly blending our innovative pelvic floor and core techniques with a diverse range of exercises to provide a comprehensive approach to fitness that builds whole-body strength, increases lean muscle mass and bone density (both of which become increasingly important after the age of 30), and improves cardiovascular fitness + mobility. From strength training and barre to pilates, cardio, and HIIT, each class is a dynamic fusion of techniques aimed at sculpting and strengthening the whole body with a strong emphasis on core strength and function.

First things first, learn to master our core and pelvic floor fundamentals to gain the most out of your workouts, and change the way you move for LIFE. Most fitness classes don't teach the proper way to use your breath and your core. We will teach you in depth and help you master these techniques.
In this 4 week program you will be introduced to progressively more challenging core exercises each week, and will learn how to master more "traditional" core exercises such as planks and crunches BUT in a way that is MORE effective than ever before!

Our classes are taught by leaders in the fitness industry with a combined experience of over 40 years! When creating our classes we take into consideration the unique physiology of the female body so that you can get the most out of your workouts while feeling challenged in the best way.
