"After becoming a mother myself, I was made keenly aware of the lack of care provided to mothers. After months of self advocating and paving my own path to recovery from diastasis recti and birth injury, I made it my mission to fill that gap and make the resources, care, knowledge, tools, and empowerment people deserve more widely available and accessible to all. What began as a boutique fitness & wellness studio in California with a cult following, quickly grew into a collective of thousands of mothers supporting mothers across the globe. My passion for what we do at LUNA runs deep. I believe that everyone deserves access to safe, effective, evidence-based fitness, pelvic floor & core rehab, childbirth ed, parenting resources, proper nutritional guidance, hormonal & menopausal support, and a vast community of like-minded mom friends cheering you on.
